IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCECourt of Protection bills are a different beast to others. However, the same general rules of good file practice apply. When preparing bills, consideration is given to whether the Deputy could better organise their files to assist both us in preparing the bill and the Court in assessing it. If we think so, we aren't shy in saying - better files lead to better bills and (hopefully!) better results. |
